We have our own shipping services from China, coordinating from / to the rest of the world through our network of logistics agents and our own offices. we also have a close relationship with the main airlines with guaranteed spaces in their planes.
New miner orders will be ship out within 3 business days after payment has made, dispatch from our Shenzhen warehouse. And for used miner, it would be taken 5 to 15 business days to implement check and routinely tested before shipping. International shipping usually takes about 3 – 5 business days. Once at the destination airport, we try to minimize the customs clearance time as well as taking care of the delivery to the final destination

- For large volume order via L/C, D/P secure payment;
- Bank Wire payment of USD, CAD, GBP, EURO, AUS currencies;
- Pay with USD Coin (USDC) with ERC-20 network, no transaction fees paid up to bank. Most of the case happened on used miner order due to coin market volatility, we would be asking clients upfront 30% deposit of goods to lock up the miner’s price at the same day.
- Individual client can also pay with Credit Card via Stripe, only appliance of purchases accessories orders;

For BRAND-NEW in miner comes with Original Packaging, an official manufacturer warranty is provided have 180 days. Please check the warranty rules from the manufacturer’s official website.

G2Miner does not provide refunds or exchanges for units purchased from G2Miner. Any machine issues need to be taken up with the respective ASIC manufacturer.
FOR USED mining hardware
Before shipment, G2Miner will be responsible for every single machine provides a filming hashrate video report prior to arrange international shipment from our ShenZhen China to worldwide, strongly recommend spend a little cost US$20 – $38 conducting a refurbishment full service includes testing, dust clear, replace new brand PSU, repacking to firm inner protective etc.
After shipment, any defective unit can return for repair and replacement as long as you notify us within 3 days of delivery. A product is deemed defective if it varies more than 10% from our specifications. We will be responsible for arrange localize repair vendors where close to your States or cities return for defective products then to fix it covered by our warranty. If it is out of warranty, we will be providing paid maintenance service.
